Jayashree group has forayed into Tubular component manufacturing in 2013 by acquiring an established company , M/s.Tubestech Components -Indore and formed a new company M/s. Jayashree Tubestech Components Pvt Ltd to cater to the ever increasing demand for tubular component & assemblies from Indian OEMs. Today the group has got 2 factories for producing tubular components , one in Pune in Maharashtra state & other factory in Chennai city in Tamil Nadu state. Both the factories are equipped with imported CNC bending machine from Japan, crimping machines, brazing lines, Robotic welding lines, clean Room and other supporting production equipments sourced from world class manufactures. We produce assemblies of Steel Tubes with rubber hoses , steel braided PTFE hoses, Imported hydraulic hoses and child products like sheet metal components . Steel Tubes , Banjos and other child parts are sourced from reputed sources from India and aboard based on the requirements and specification.
