Our Milestone

Jayashree group's 3rd manufacturing plant started at Chinchwad , Pune for producing metal to rubber bonded products & rubber injection molded components. This plant is equipped with all supporting manufacturing facilities like phosphatizing, sand blasting, paint shop, automated bonding agent application room etc.

Our 4th manufacturing plant opened at Manesar, Gurgaon. Our first plant in North India to cater to the 2 wheeler manufactures like Hero Moto corp, HMSI & Yamaha. The plant is equipped with rubber molded components as well as extruded rubber tubes production setup.

Our 5th manufacturing plant started at Haridwar ( Uttarkhand State ) to supply to Hero Moto corp UTK facility and other customers like Tata Motors & its ancillary companies. The factory is set up in a tax free zone . This is the second plant of the group in North India.

Started Jayashree Tubestech Pvt. Ltd. for producing metallic fluid transmission products. The plant is started as forward integration to support our various OEMs. The plant is equipped with imported CNC bending machine from Japan, world class crimping machines, Leakage testing facilities & Clean room as per Delhi Clas - 100,000

Started the 06th plant of Jayashree Polymers Pvt. Ltd. at Hosur , near Bangalore in Karnataka to supply to customers like HMSI, TVS Motors, Yamaha and other ancillary companies. This is the first plant of the group at Southern part of India

In order to bring in more focus on Multi Layer rubber hose production & to tap the international market for rubber hoses, we have started a green field project (Jayashree Polymer Exports Pvt. Ltd.) at Chakan industrial area to produce multi layer rubber Hoses .The plant is equipped with world class extrusion machine from Germany. This plant is considered as one of the best rubber hose manufacturing setup for low & medium pressure automotive Hoses

The 2nd manufacturing unit for Jayashree Tubestech Pvt. Ltd. (JTCPL) started at Chennai to cater to companies like Daimler India , Ashok Leyland & TVS. The plant is equipped with imported CNC bending machine from Japan, world class crimping machines, Leakage testing facilities

Our 07th Unit under Jayashree Polymers Pvt. Ltd. started at Chakan industrial area. This plant started as Rubber mixing plant with fully automated rubber mixing facility and full bar code control in all process . This is the 3rd rubber mixing plant for Jayashree group & with this new plant combined Rubber mixing capacity of the group increased to 700 Metric Tons / month

A dedicated plant for Silicon Rubber Hoses started at Chakan industrial area in the same premises of our rubber hose plant (Jayashree Polymer Export Pvt. Ltd.). This is a 30,000 sq ft floor only to produce silicon manual build hoses with a capacity of 10,000 Hoses / day.

A dedicated facility for Fuel Tubes started at chinchwad industrial area with state of the art extruders and vulcanization setup. This plat can produce around 200,000 pcs of fuel hoses per day . The hoses are supplying across all 2 wheeler manufactures. This is the 3rd plant of Jayashree to produce fuel tubes for 2 wheeler industry. The combined production capacity of our 3 plant for Fuel Tubes is around 10 Million Tube per month.
